If you’re looking for the fitness party and community all around all the time, the Ruckapalooza General Admission pass is for you. If you want to go ALL IN, sign up for the 24 Hour Cloverleaf — six workouts, six rucks, 24+ miles, sunset to sunrise and back again. Choose your suffering and get after it.
RUCKAPALOOZA participants have the chance to jump into the final Cloverleaf WOD on Saturday at 2PM and earn the exclusive FIREBALL CLOVERLEAF WOD patch. Don't miss it.
Cloverleaf registration includes full Ruckapalooza access all weekend long. Show up ready to move, hang, and do hard things with good people.

THE FLOW — DAY BY DAY
- Friday June 19th
- 6PM – 24 Hour Cloverleaf kicks off
- Saturday June 20h — RUCKAPALOOZA
- 11AM – 6/7/8PM (or until the last beer is gone… and good luck with that)
- 10:00 - MOTHERUCKER 5K (Be sure to purchase a Ruckapalooza ticket to join the after party)
EVENT PACKING LIST
- Rucksack - You pick the weight -30/20 LB Ruck Plate (recommended)
- Sandbag - You pick the weight - 60#/40# (recommended)
- You are authorized to choose your own weight (and your own adventures in life). You must bring both a rucksack (or Ruck Plate Carrier) and a Training Sandbag. You are authorized to switch between RPC/Rucksack and various weights of Training Sandbags if you choose. This is about doing the work and pushing yourself safely with proper form. The weight is secondary.
- Strobe Light (to affix on your rucksack/RPC)
- Water Bladder & Nalgene-style bottle
- For certain WODs, equipment may be provided for you. You’re welcome in advance.
RECOMMENDED
- Food (real food, not just gels)
- Rehydration salts
- Changes of clothes/socks
- Footcare kit
- Boots/training shoes
- Pad or mat
